Creative Headspace Package
- Five 1 hr sessions (weekly or fortnightly) – via video call
This coaching package helps you work through the worries that are getting in the way of your writing and manage your work-life balance, so you can have a more enjoyable writing life. During the sessions we will work on some of the following things.
- Have protected time to talk without judgement
- Discuss your writing worries and potential solutions
- Work towards overcoming a belief that is stopping your progress, or creative blocks, like procrastination, fear of rejection, guilt
- (Optional) EFT tapping to work towards clearing what’s blocking you
- Support to carve out time to write and build a better writing life
