I don’t know if coaching is right for me – how will I know?
If you’re unsure whether coaching is right for you, please book a video call to find out more about the coaching packages, to tell me how you are stuck with your writing / what you would like help with, and to find out if we would would well together.
I want to purchase a coaching package, but I don’t know which one to choose.
If you want to kickstart your progress, the Kickstarter Package may be right for you. If you want to make a bigger commitment to finishing your book with someone to discuss your progress with over a longer period of time, and to feel accountable to, you may choose the 8 Month Package. Will you review my manuscript/query package?
I don’t review manuscripts or query packages. The coaching sessions are all talking-based. They are protected time to help you become clear on the direction you want to take your writing in, discuss your progress, work to overcome struggles, blocks, and stay motivated.
Can I pay in installments?

What is EFT tapping?
EFT (emotional freedom techniques) is a stress relief tool that takes the trigger out of negative thoughts and memories. It releases emotions, stress and limiting beliefs like ‘I’m not good enough’ or ‘Finishing this book is too hard. I’ll never get there.’ You are guided to talk through your problem while tapping on your face and upper body. This releases the negative thoughts and emotions, allowing you to create a new mindset and better habits. You can find out more about EFT tapping here.
Although lots of people have seen positive effects using EFT in relation to many emotional and physical issues, it shouldn’t be used instead of appropriate medical care.
